These minutes are of the bi-monthly meetings held by the Kaber Village Hall Working Group and Charity Trustee meetings, and have been agreed by the Trustees and members of the Working Group at their subsequent meeting.

We held the annual AGM of the Village Hall Charity on 14th September at 7:30 pm.

1. Chair’s Annual Review (to be added asap)
2. Notes from Treasurer’sReport
   • Accounts Summary for FY 2025
   • Detailed and Catagorised Accounts showing all Income and Expenditure for FY2025
   • Partial and un-audited accounts for 1/1/26 to 07-09-26
3. Minutes from the AGM held on 14th September 2026, subject to final approval at next year’s AGM
